It's around 6 am in the morning. A Cellphone rings, Emily reaches the cellphone with her eyes closed, her eyebrows frown and eyes squint, the call goes off itself after a few seconds, she closed her eyes for a second and realized it was her 5th alarm going off and she's running late . She quickly microwaves a piece of leftover pizza and gobbles it and run to her bakery which is two blocks down the street.

"Hello dear, looks like someone's running a little late" Says Mr. Walker , "Haha, it seems, um.. regular?" ,Emily asks . "You know the drill", he says. Mr. walker grabs his bagel bite and americano and proceed to leave for his 7 am shift. She opens all the curtains and start to write on the Today's special board.

She looks at the clock shocked, it's already 5 pm .She packed a cheesecake and told Anna to close the bakery in an hour and left the store. She quickly runs to a wine store and bought wine for the dinner, she was invited to.

She ran to the bus stop, After hopping on, She nodded a little. She woke up to a total stranger asking her to get off the bus as it was the final stop. She overslept. She quickly goes to the other side of the road to get the bus to go back to her friend Olivia's house. She gets a call from Olivia as she's boarding the bus, "sorry olive, I nodded a bit and got off at the wrong stop. Olivia goes, " alright honey don't be late everyone's waiting for you", and keep your eyes open".

Olivia and Sam invited her for celebrating their engagement dinner along with some of their close friends. The Three of them went to the same school and the 3 friends are together since childhood. Recently Sam proposed to Olivia on their trip to Italy . Their story goes way beyond 8th grade, they're together since. For now we can laugh about the fact that Olive chocked on her engagement ring which was hidden inside a piece of a tiramisu [she's fine now].

There she saw Sam's brother Harry, after a while, he has grown out of his teenage phase and looks about 6'2 , blue eyes and brown hair, which she hasn't noticed when they first met as a teenager. He lived with his dad after their parents got divorced. He recognized her as well, they both had a little chat about their lives and they seem to hit it off really well. She came to know that he was a dentist and started his own clinic a while ago. You might need to visit often with all the sugar you might be eating, they both laughed.

They all had a very nice dinner and everyone loved her cheesecake. Harry offered Emily a drive home, as she was drunk. They were at her doorstep "Well, that was fun", she goes. Harry says ,"you know what! we should hang out more, it's been a while , right?" . Emily says "yeah of course" with excitement because she seems to like him. Harry says fantastic , we are planning a trip to Hawaii , would you like to join?

"we?", she goes. Harry says, Yeah Me, Sarah, Olivia and Sam before the wedding. Um.. Sarah? she asks. Harry goes, Yeah I forgot to tell you , my girlfriend Sarah, we met in college. Ohhh.. she sighs, I actually have a big order coming up , so Why don't I let you know? . Sounds perfect says Harry and proceed to leave.

Olivia and Emily was laughing about this the next morning in her bakery. They were deciding the flavors and designs for her wedding cake, which is on December, that is 4 months away.

After she left, Emily walked out of the bakery to get some air , She looked above, wondering what life has planned for her.
